Questions people ask
Can you buy from any Chinese website?
Taobao, 1688, JD, brand official stores, and local wholesale markets in cities where we have agents.
What if the item arrives broken or wrong?
We inspect before delivery. If something is wrong, we handle the return with the seller — that's what the commission pays for.
Can you buy replicas or counterfeit items?
Tell us what you want and we assess it first — some categories carry customs or brand risk, and we’ll tell you honestly before you pay. See our Terms for details.
