Who we are
PT5 China (PT5 China Sourcing Management Co., Ltd., founded in Hong Kong in 2007) provides travel support, companion, procurement and digital-survival services in China.
Booking & payment
prices are public on the Pricing page; payment is confirmed in your WhatsApp group before service. PayPal: personal payments free; business payments +5%. Our services involve no physical shipping, so PayPal Buyer Protection does not apply.
Service windows
remote packages are day-based service windows; unused hours don’t carry over or refund. Companion and add-on cancellation terms are confirmed before you book.
Digital Survival Kits & the small-payment safety net
kit delivery options and the 4% safety-net fee (min ¥10, VIP + PT5 phone users, RMB settlement before departure) are described on the Kits page.
Procurement
commission 7% VIP / 10% regular; China VAT and payment fees are pass-through; freight quoted per shipment.
Conduct
we never give medical advice or sell medical products; companion visits may be recorded with prior consent; no cash loans and no currency exchange by PT5.
