Emergency advance
For VIP guests using a PT5 secondhand phone during their trip.
A 4% service fee applies, with a minimum of ¥10. Up to ¥500 per payment and ¥1,000 per day. Settle the advance and service fee in RMB before you leave China.
For urgent payment problems, such as an app failure or a temporarily blocked payment account. Confirm the amount with our team on WhatsApp before using this service.

Does VIP pay for itself?
Two 10h Arrival Days for two people: regular $600, VIP $400. The $200 saved covers the $200 annual membership. Other services have their own VIP prices, and membership includes four free trip plans and four free wishlist sourcing plans a year.
