When does my service window start?
When you say go. Buy today, use any day — the window activates on your first message that day.
Do unused hours carry over or refund?
No — the package is a service window for that day. That's how we keep a real person ready for you all day at this price. We tell you this before you buy, not after.
What can I ask during the window?
Directions, translation, payment help, bookings, emergencies — anything a local friend could help with over chat.
Local Companion
When does the clock start?
When your companion arrives. Travel time to meet you is on us.
Why are companion visits recorded on video?
For quality and everyone’s peace of mind, companion visits may be recorded — we tell you before the visit and ask for your consent first. Recordings are kept by the company. It protects you, and it protects our team.
Can you accompany me to a doctor or hospital?
Yes. We help with registration, translation with the doctor, and pharmacy lists. We don't sell medical products or give medical advice — and full-day medical accompaniment is quoted case by case; ask us on WhatsApp.
VIP & payments
What does VIP include?
$200/year: VIP prices on every service, 4 China trips a year — use them yourself or designate family and friends — up to 4 people sharing benefits per trip, 4 free trip plans, 4 free wishlist sourcing plans. Digital Survival Kits are available to every guest at the same kit prices; paid delivery is required.
How do I pay?
We confirm payment methods in your WhatsApp group. PayPal personal payments carry no extra fee; business payments add 5% — we’ll tell you the cheapest way before you pay.
What's the refund policy?
Remote packages are same-day windows — unused hours don’t refund. Unused VIP membership is refundable within 7 days of purchase; after that it is neither refundable nor carried over. Ask our team for the companion and add-on cancellation terms before you book.
How does the referral code work?
Every free member gets a personal referral code — our agents have them too. When someone you referred joins VIP, you earn a one-time $80; you also earn 5% of what they pay for travel services in China, and 10% of the service fee on their procurement orders — for life, whether or not they are VIP. It costs your friends nothing. See Members.
Shopping & Procurement
What exactly do you charge?
Commission (VIP 7%, regular 10%) + China tax (approx. 3%) on purchase and commission + 1% payment fee. Optional: QC $2/kg, returns $1/kg, packing $5/box, local delivery $50 + $2/item. Tax and payment fees are pass-through — we don’t earn from them.
Why isn't shipping priced on the website?
Sea and air freight genuinely depend on what it is, how heavy and how big. We quote per shipment, honestly.
What if the seller sends the wrong item?
We inspect before delivery and handle returns with the seller — that's part of the commission.
