service windows activate on the day you use them; unused hours don’t carry over or refund (stated before purchase).
Companions & add-ons
cancellation terms are confirmed in your WhatsApp group before you book; ask our team for the specific policy.
Shopping & Procurement
we inspect before delivery and handle returns with the seller; commission covers this handling. Freight once booked follows carrier terms.
Refunds
where a refund applies it is returned to the original payment method; if a PayPal business fee was charged it is not refundable.
Disputes
message us first; every fee and outcome is confirmed in your group before payment.
